    Reaffirmation Hearing?

OK, I noticed another post on this forum about a reaffirmation hearing.

What would that be for? If you are reaffirming a car, do you have to go to a hearing (besides your 341)?

If you are not represented by an attorney, the BK courts generally require the debtor to appear before the Bk judge to assess whether reaffirming the debt is in the debtor's interests and would not be an undue hardship on the debtor.
