Hello all - I just wanted to keep you all updated of my progress. I finally filed my Business-Chanpter 7 today! I went to Pacer and it was kind of shocking to see my name there in the Bankruptcy Court, but I know I can get through it with all of your support and assistance.
For those who haven't read my entires I had about 4 properties that were all negative value and one about to go into foreclosure. I have a nice salary and I thought I would have to let one property foreclose and then do a chapter 13 for 5 years. Yuck!!
Through the use of this forum I was able to find an attorney that could get me in a Chapter 7 because most of my debt was secured debt. If this all works out it will be really good for me and I will have a fresh start.
