Received papers today...

We received papers from the lawyers representing the HELOC (GMAC) we included in the bk. Haven't received papers from any other but curious as to what these are for.

Basically it's the standard legal papers (filed for court) that has the Attorneys for GMAC Mortgage, LLC, its successors and/or assigns. It states...

UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT-NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA-**DIVISION
In re: OUR NAMES (Debtors) our case number, Chapter 7
GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC'S REQUEST FOR SPECIAL NOTICE AND SERVICE OR PAPERS AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

is this just a "legal" letter from the attorneys representing GMAC to request more information from the bk court?

Basically I think it means they want to be kept informed about your bk. Unless someone else says different, I wouldn't get too worried about it.
