I have my car thru Chase. Coming up on 2 months behind. Guy calls to see when im going to make a payment and i tell him a day. He say's , Thats going to put a ding on your credit. I said, Ok. Then he started to get a little personal with me, Dont you care? He said. I said thats none of your concern on what i care about, you only concern is if im making a payment or not and when, so please leave your communication to those facts please. There was a brief silence, Then he say's, Im just curious why your not concerned with that? I said, Did you call me and get the information that you required about the payment? if so, then i guess we are done correct? Thankyou, Have a nice day! Bye Bye.......

Cali me too. I used to dread opening my bills but now it's just funny. The banks are doing this to themselves by screwing us.

Chase does suck. I got a HELOC from them and they over appraised our property making it impossible for me to refinance out of an ARM, and I ended up losing the house and filing bankruptcy. I also had a credit card with them and they actually (after I filed) sent me a notice that I owed them X amount of dollars. I was going to call my attorney but I threw the notice away and never heard from them again. I guess they figured they would try to get their money. What a bunch of scumbags.
