Should you list the court on your creditor matrix if you have had judgements against you? Can it hurt if you do?

Actually, it's not the judgement but the debt itself you want to list. The court itself is not a creditor or an agent of the creditor (like a collection agency or attorney) so they would not need to be notified at all. I don't know that it would *hurt* if you listed the court, it would just be very... odd.
Now, AFTER you get your discharge, you can do what's called a Motion to Vacate, and trot that down to the courthouse with your discharge papers to get rid of the judgement. But that's after the bk, and a separate legal action you take yourself that addresses the judgement.Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!
