We had our 341 this afternoon.
It wasn't bad at all but both DH & I were glad we went the lawyer route instead of pro se. The trustee asked the pro se couple right before us a lot more in depth questions, whereas ours were all yes/no questions.
Our attorney suggested we not sign reaffs on our cars in case I do end up not working and we decide to let one or both go since we are upside down in both. He said if we keep paying, he rarely has a creditor pursue a lift of stay to repossess.
