I filed Ch7 today and my 341 is on feb 21??

Is not that a little quick??

I see lots of people posting on here that have waited much longer for a 341 what if anything does this mean; or does it just mean that the court has nothing to do.

Tom, it's just the next available spot on the calendar in your district, and it's pretty much random, as is the selection of trustee. I know you have a lot to manage between now and then, but the worst thing that can happen (beyond you not showing up and having your case dismissed for failure to appear, which I trust will not happen to you!) is that you don't have this or that doc, and your 341 gets continued (postponed) a couple weeks until you can produce it. Not a big deal. It will set your discharge back by a couple weeks, but the automatic stay is in place the entire time so no worries. Good luck!!!
