the way i got in all this mess is a owned a home that was next to the inlaws that i couldnt stay in anymore so i moved out planning on renting it.. well, they trashed the house and didnt keep up on the payments and with the market the way it is i dont want to deal with it anymore... But, i can't just file a bk on a house it needs to be other things aswell so that is why i am here
