Tom, when you take your forms to the courthouse, you can take an extra copy of (well, all of them, if you want, but the Voluntary Petition will do) and have the clerk stamp it as filed, for your records. You can show a photocopy of that first page (write your case # on it since it won't be there already) to your bank and to your payroll dept.
Also, it's a good idea not to file on the SAME DAY you had your credit counseling; one court ruled that "same day" was not "prior" as the law requires, for whatever crazy ass reason, and that person's bk got dismissed. If you already filed, don't worry about it, but if you haven't filed then hold off for at least a day (tomorrow?) before you do. I would have said something before but I had no idea you were going to do it that fast.
That, and you are going to need a PACER account so you can track your bk online. You will be getting a number of deficiency notices because you did not file a complete bk, don't have a stroke when you see them, just do what they say.
