Cash Advances & Charges

I have charged quite a bit on CC in the last two months. 3 cards. I have also taken a cash advance in October that I have been paying on.

Is there a specific amount of time that should lapse? Maybe 6 mos? Will there still be an argument.

I bought a house, so I bought furniture. 4k.

Charges from my business for my business until money comes in. 9k.

Misc charges from home depot. Many items returned.

I will probably file in 3 mos or so. I will have money coming in from a refi.

Is it best to make a large payment on all three cards then min payments until BK?

I intended to pay the cards off but the refi money is not what I thought the amount would be.

Anyone?
