    Discharged and Closed!!!

I just checked pacer and we are discharged- this happened the first business day after objections, which were due 01/18, so it came through 01/22. The bk closed document was up this morning!

I am sooooo happy I found this site last July. I could not have done this pro se if I hadn't found it. I plan on checking in a few times a week to stay active. No fair just taking the advice then bailing once I got dishcarged!

Amelia, I have always been so encouraged by you for having the stones to go pro se; it gave me the courage to do it myself. All you fellow pro se'ers ROCK. I can't tell you how happy I am that you're FREE and CLEAR!!!! YAAAAAAY!!!!!!
Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. (I have no affiliation with Nolo Press; just a happy customer.) Best wishes to you!

Ditto that thought FreshLikeaDaisy! I would never have considered pro se myself (too scared) but reading here of those who have done it.....wow, I have a world of respect and admiration for them.

Congrats to you, Amelia.....enjoy your "win." For it really is a "win".....you have the rest of your life back now. FREE of horrendous drowning debt. I am ecstatic FOR you!

You ALL have done well, and you pro se filers have done FANTASTIC............ Be proud, you all are bankruptcy suvivors!!!

Now that its all over - was quite "painless", wasn't it.....????
Only thing really hurt was your pride.....

Now you have the opportunity to start a new life, debt free as possible, and try LIVING AGAIN without all the worries.

Main thing, remember where you have been, what you went thru and hopefully you will NEVER be in this same position again in your lifetime................

                      Well done Folks...............

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
