WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.................... the struggle of getting thru bankruptcy.

If you have questions, feel free to ask, got problems?.... let us help if we can..... and JUST VENT if that's what you need to do.

Most of us have been there, done it, and have survived it.......really it's quite painless for most..... they just don't realize it till its over...............

Bankruptcy is a "business decision" only.............. it's not a failure, just a stumbling block in life that happens...... sometimes by our own hands or mis-fortune or medical problems.

Many great, rich, and powerful people have filed bankruptcy..... it's nothing to be ashamed of or nothing to regret.

And yes, you will "bounce back" within a year or two afterwards and buy another home, auto, etc just like it never happened....

So hang in there, keep us posted on your case, and chat with us on what your feeling, etc..............

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

Welcome to the bright side of the financial *hitter. It can only get better from here, not worse. You'll get through it, you would be surprised at how many of us are posting "discharged/closed!". As long as you can hold on to your sanity to get through the next few months, you'll most likely be happy you took the necessary steps you took.

Hang in there and ask questions if you need to. You can do it

No you are not welcome to the dark side, but you are more than welcome to the light side with us! This is the light at the end of a long dark tunnel, not the dark. Just remember that taking this step is a step forward not backwards!!! It is your trump card, your ace in the hole. It is the "Seven year release" the constitutionally provided bankruptcy guaranteed to protect you against the evils of conspiring men who seek to profit off of your labor and lack of information regarding the economic reality we are faced with.

Welcome aboard the good ship hope!!!

Welcome! I can't add much to what these great posters have already said.

If it's any consolation, you WILL get through it and things WILL be better. You are at the WORST of it now. Trust me. BK itself is not a hard thing to go through, I've always felt what leads up to it is far, far worse. It's like reaching the bottom and nowhere else to go but up.

Good luck. We are here for you.
