    Means test realted to J

We seem to have passed the means test (not by much) we are over median but are showing $3 disposable income, I am working on I and J, what happens if you do not show any disposable income on the means test but on J there is income, also do they have to match up?
If you show $300 left over on J would I get put into a 13?

    Thanks

Yes, if you show $300 income over expenses on schedule J, you can be pushed into a chapter 13.

We were in this exact situation when we filed in 2006---275 left over on J....we were put into a 13. We passed the means test as well, and we were over the median at the time too.

Just so that I understand. Does that mean your Ch. 13 payments were $275 per month or did you have to refile everything?
