I was talking with another lawyer today getting different opinions on filing and was told that we could use the baby that i have on the way as a dependent to raise the median income level is that true?

I was told if we wanted to include the baby I am pregnant with we'd have to wait until he's born in April. Unborn babies don't count as far as I know.CJ
