    In a case like your's I would definitely talk to several attorneys even if you like the 1st one you speak with. You can still hire him/her, but get more opinions!

    Also, the more accurate info you give the attorney(s), (how much you actually owe, how much your gross income was for the past 6 months, how much rent you pay, utilities, etc - all the things in the means test) the more accurate they can be about if you qualify for Ch. 7 and what you might lose and what you can keep. Go into each meeting with all this info and then ask specific educated questions about your case.
