I see many of you check Pacer. I was curious to know if Pacer is "Up-to-the-minute" or just updated every day (like at midnight). Just curious....

...unless you are pro se and filing paper forms, in which case it may take a couple of days. The clerks have to run your papers manually through a scanner whenever they get a chance, so paper filing can take some time. But if your attorney (or the creditors' attorneys for that matter) are doing the filing, yes, it is pretty much instantaneous.Nolo Press book on filing Chapter 7, there are others too. But ALL attorney's e-file. (they are required to).
