    HHM, I am not really worrying much about this at all.

    However, I find it an interesting subject, and since others are here worrying about it, I thought I would add to the discussion and try to get some further info.

    So is anyone willing to answer my previous post about this? I'm curious as to whether anyone knows of anyone who has successfully defended themselves in an Objection case, and any further information that would enlighten us on this subject. And I'm curious as to whether the credit co's are likely to back down if you decide to play hard ball with them and NOT settle?
