Pa, I think you need to cross that bridge when you get there. Worrying about it now is really not helping.

You have done everything you can do to file your case, worrying about something that is beyond your control is pointless. If the creditor files an objection, worry about it then because there is NOTHING you can do at this point.

HHM, I am not really worrying much about this at all.

However, I find it an interesting subject, and since others are here worrying about it, I thought I would add to the discussion and try to get some further info.

So is anyone willing to answer my previous post about this? I'm curious as to whether anyone knows of anyone who has successfully defended themselves in an Objection case, and any further information that would enlighten us on this subject. And I'm curious as to whether the credit co's are likely to back down if you decide to play hard ball with them and NOT settle?
