hee hee. hey, that would be better than taking a cash advance for it. I never even thought of charging it, but I just might do that with the initital fee which is about 500.00. I suppose some people might get away with that while others wont. it seems kind of risky but since I would pay for it anyway, I don't care if I have to pay that fee back after the BK. Seems like it would buy a little time if there is no other way for someone to save before filing.
I bet some attorneys may not accept that as a form of payment though because most of them would say don't make any more charges starting now but then take a charge for their own fee?. ROFL! It is funny, to me!

I'm assuming this law firm does other business that wouldn't be scrutinized for a cc payment. That's probably what their homepage is referring to.

But I can't help but think that someone has tried it, even if just a very small amount.

He wanted $500 retainer and the remaining $1500 when we filed.
I was always under the impression that attorneys are smarter & brighter then average citizens & boy was I wrong. After a few phone calls of, "I'll have to check into that" & "I don't know", really woke me up to a lot of lawyers who must have passed law school with a D- or an F+
Don't they say some very stupid things when you meet them?
The mods here & a lot of the people here are smarter than half of the attorneys I have talked to.
