PACER -- what shows up and when?

My 341 is next week and I've looked over everything on PACER.

I've noticed people checking their cases on PACER a lot. What shows up on there as the case progresses? There are several categories where nothing is on file (Claims Register, Status). Most of what is on file is the schedule and filing documents.

What else can you find out on PACER? If there are creditor objections will they show up there?

    thx

HHM has a nice break down of when you should be checking PACER......http://www.bkforum.com/showpost.php?...95&postcount=3

Not a lot is going to happen on Pacer till the 341 meeting...... then after that you will find objections (if posted) and all the notices filed by the Trustee or creditors.

You can drive yourself crazy and go broke checking Pacer too often..... looking for the "straw that will break the camels back" so to speak.....

Be kind to yourself, only check Pacer once a week.....

      No sense stressing yourself out.............

What and when are things posted by the Trustee after the 341 that one might want to know about (aside from creditor objections, which would just be random?) (I know, obviously the discharge and closing, but what else?)

Also, does a creditor have to file something with the Trustee before even calling your attorney about an objection? Or, don't they usually call your attorney first, and then you'd hear about it through him before it was ever on Pacer?

By the way, folks, when you log onto pacer first look at the part where it says "Date of last filing". If the date isn't later than the last time you looked, then nothing has been added and you can log out.
