My wife and I filed on Nov 14th. Our 341 is on December 18th. We went and checked out a great apartment complex today that approved us on the spot. The greatest thing is the new apartment is only $10 more a month. We're moving at the end of the month, ~2 weeks after our 341. Do we need to do anything? I am going to call the lawyer on Monday, but we just want to make sure there won't be any repercussions from us moving...

Just update your lawyer with your new address, and if the trustee asks you during the 341 hearing just tell him/her your new address so the court can send anything to the right address. -
Magyar's right, tell your attorney. His office will file a Notice of Change of Address with the court and serve it on your trustee as well as all the creditors you listed in your filing. Apparently if your address changes at any time your case is still open, everyone has to be notified in this way. It's a pain in the keister -- good thing he's doing it and not you.
