So, what are the chances that Dell will still come after their goods? We decided not to reaffirm and we stated we would surrender our 2 year old computer we had financed with them. They never contacted us about surrendering, I tried to surrender it by calling their lawyers but they told me that they would only deal with my lawyer directly. To date we haven't heard anything. We were discharged April 21st.

Hmmm.. I say, do nothing else. If they want it, they know where you are and they can come and get it. Dontcha' dare take it to them! Personally, I think they were just trying to get the cash out of you.
