    I got good news from PACER today

    It says:

    Meeting of Creditors Held and Concluded on 11/29/2007Trustee's Report of No Distribution Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.(Entered: 11/30/2007)


    I happy!! Now my status says awaiting discharge.

    Yea. You had so many uncertainties with this case with first the new job, then the audit, then the mortgage issues.

    I'm so glad that it looks like everyting is going to work our the way it should.

        Congrats - you've been declared a no-asset case by your trustee! Discharge is just two months away - way to go! Now it's just waiting out what remains of your 60 days!

        08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
        10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
        Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

              Our 60 day club membership will be overlapping. Our 341 is in a couple weeks.
