selling personal effects long after last cc bad for ch7?

I haven't done a cash advance in more than 14 months or used a credit card at all for 12 months. I anticipate filing ch. 7 maybe about 12 months from now.

I have some personal possessions that I'd like to sell and want to know if, at this point, it can cause me any problem when I eventually file. I believe I can get up to several thousand dollars auctioning stuff on eBay. All these things together would total less than my exemption amount in California, and selling them now wouldn't enable me to exempt anything in the future that couldn't have been exempted now because all my stuff doesn't total past the exemption amount. I could sell it once I file, or after the discharge, officially listing these things as exempt at that point. But I would like to know if I have the option of getting the cash for this stuff now without jeopardizing anything. Doing this would certainly delay my filing date by a few months because I'd have that much more money for living expenses. I have no master strategy in mind here. I just want to know if the option is open to me because this might be a good time of year to unload some of this crap, and because I have no judgments against me for now so that I can still safely use my bank account for eBay sales without fear of levy.
Chapter 7, California system 2, no assets. Pro se with Nolo.

We ended up selling about $400 worth of stuff on ebay and didn't mention it and it has not been a problem yet. We also sold about $1500 worth of stuff on craigslist which was great because it was all cash.
