Make sure on the day you file, that you don't have a lot of money in your account. Keep cash that week. If you have already filed, then no it won't look funny to anyone. Living on cash only can be quite a rush.

I have not filed yet but, Lets say that when i do, i have like 2 Grand in the account. If i pull money out before i file, are they going to want to know what happened to the x amount i took out before i filed?

Just making sure im clear on this....

      Thanks.

You'll want to find out what exemptions the attorney plans on you taking and the amount of cash that you can have and still meet the exemptions.
        Filed 07/07, $120k unsecured debt
Plan: $400 (includes cram down) 60 months
Brilliant attorney, decent trustee, awesome plan

If there is a certain amount he needs you to be under in cash, then it's time to take the extra and stock up on groceries, do your car tuneup, etc. while keeping receipts for everything.

How soon will you be filing?

              Not sure exactly.

He said just to pay utilitys, Car payment for the vehcle we are keeping and keep business as usual and since we are walking out on the house, said to just wait till we are told to leave (No forcloser paper stuff yet). But then i thought, By doing that, my Bank account is going to start to grow and i did not not want it to look like all of a sudden we had cash on hand. As in to much when we went to file.

In BK cash is just like money in the bank, so you will have to turn it over. You could consider buying extry groceries or other items that you use on a regular basis.

Find ways to spend the cash down, legally. Stock up on household items like toilet paper/cleaners/etc. Pay extra on utilities so you actually have a credit the next few months. Same thing with cell phones or other subscribed services. If you pay car ins every few months then see if you can pay a yrs worth at once. We did this when hubby had a motorcycle and it saved us a bunch. How's your clothing, anything wearing out? Parents usually put off buying clothes so getting necessary items like new socks or shirts/pants for work is legit. I got my disability money the day after we filed. Hubby & I went out that day and spent about $300 getting new clothes, nothing fancy but we both desperately needed new socks/shirts/pants/shoes/etc.

You most likely have plenty of options for reducing the cash you have on the day you file, you just have to be creative.
