I'd be more interested in finding out from some of more expert members, what are the WRONG things to say at the 341. I understand that you are to tell the truth, and not say any more than necessary.
But for example, my attorney said that if asked what drove us into bankruptcy I should NOT focus on our $17k in dental and medical bills last year. He seemed to think that was not a good idea, but did not really explain why. Instead, he said, I should just be more generic and say that my income decreased.
So that's what I mean - what things are not good to say even though they may be the truth? And what are the best "generic" answers?
