Came in $6K below the median income (which apparently went up by $3K in July and all this time I've been calculating on a lower number). Attorney says that 3 of the 4 local trustees are holding up cases to do a "witch hunt" for any assets, but says we should be OK except that giving up the house, and mortgage payemnts, could cause problems as it significantly reduces expenses. He seemed a little concerned that they'll try and push us into a Ch. 13.
