Close Bank Accounts BEFORE FILING CH7?

I was told by lawyer that banks can not freeze your account with getting approval from trustee.
money that you make after 341 meeting is yours.

so far Bk of Am has not closed my personal checking acct or even my business(which is under Incorp).
