It looks to me like you either need to wait six months to file or get a lawyer. You may need to wait six months even with a lawyer. This is an issue that seems to a murky, muddy area of the current BK laws and only a competent lawyer is going to be able to direct you correctly as to how it should be handled in your district.Filed: 10/26/2006

I am in a similar situation that my income on schedule I is different from the means test. I just filed this week with an attorney and he wasn't concerned about the difference. From what some people have posted it will probabaly caused it to get looked at closer by the trustee. You said you were negative on the means test right? If so I don't think they can force you to get a second job.
