    Couldn't you just have payroll pay you with a check and use money orders from that point on. Much safer.

        i was told my lawyers that banks would have to petition with trustee to freeze your acct. or request with reason to freeze.
        can someone verify this???

          dont think they can garnish his wages ,,, mmm wondering about a community state tho.
          I do know
          If your name is on a banking accounts with whoevers they can and will garnish it, Happened to my mother / brother account in colorado. They would have to get a judgement first and then garnishment

            Beware of cross collateralization clauses! No judgement or prior notice needed!! Sometimes its in the fine print and with all of the buy out of banks these days you never know who owns whom.
