I surrended my car in my BK. I was really lopsided on it. My lawyer said to try and borrow a car until you get discharged then you can get another car.

I was able to borrow a car for the duration of my BK. I need to return my friends car no later then next week. I originally thought it would be perfect since that would of given me a month after my 60 days.

I want to go ahead and try and apply for a car loan through lending tree and just hope for the best. My question is if i were to get denied.....how long do i have to wait so that i can reapply again?

You can reapply with another lender right away. Roadloans does car loans for people with BK or bad credit, but the interest will be high. Good luck.

I have received so many loan letters that I can't stand it anymore. It's like having creditors calling only a little better because I don't owe them money - but they want me to. I'm surprised you haven't gotten these yet.

Anyway, I hope you can get something soon... I don't have any advice but good luck!

thanks. Knowing my luck it will come down to the wire but i always seem to pull it off.
