i am currently working 7 days a week 56 hrs, I have to work the extra hours to keep up As im sure most of you are doing too. My Problem is this 7 day a week crap is killing me and I'm planning on quitting, Will they take that into consideration when I file? My full time job does not allow me to work during the week because I could be called in at any time so i have to work on the weekends. Should I wait till after the 341? will the trustee give a damn that Im at my wits end working 7 days a week? I have yet to meet with my attorney next week. I guess what my question is, could I get into trouble for quitting my part time job right now?

Not at all, if you qualified to file Chp 7 bk with your part time job, you will have no problems without it. The only thing is that your scheduales will be incorrect and you will have to tell the trustee of this at your meeting. This could delay your case. You could either pay your attorney to redo your paperwork or just wait to quit your job after you meet with the trustee or after your discharge.Edyta...
