    No Asset Question

a quick question.... I am in the 60 day waiting period right now.

If the trustee reports no assets then does that mean he will not object? I know the US Trustee could possibly still object. I have nothing to worry about but I am still nervous anyway!thanks

No assets means you have nothing for the Trustee to take and sell to give money to the creditors. Usually creditors will not object unless you have used large cash advance checks prior to filing. Most don't anyways. Especially when there are no assets.

US Trustee has to find something to object too...... looks like you have nothing....

You will be fine, I'm sure.........

Is a Trustee's Report of No Distribution the same as No Assets ?

Yes, so sigh a sigh of relief and sit back and prop your feet up and wait out your 60 days...........things will be fine.
