    I did it!

Well, I filed pro se on Friday!
I took all my paperwork to the legal aid desk before hand just to make sure everything looked okay. The lawyer there was absolutely floored how great everything looked. She asked me- "Did anyone help you with this? Because you don't have any documentation from a bankrupctcy paperwork preparer."
I told her no not at all, and she stated that the trustee was probably going to ask me that question, so make sure to tell the truth.
I think I got about 90% of my understanding about this from this forum! Thank you !!!

Now I am just sitting here stressed out until November 19th- my 341.

Congratulations on making it past the first step. You'll be amazed at how quickly the time flies and your case moves forward.

    Good luck to you!

Did you type or hand write your forms. I want to type them, but the forms for my district do not have this avaliable on PDF, just a PDF file to print up then hand write. The main BK trustee site has forms to type on PDF but the forms look a little different than Calif forms, so I wanted to stay with Calif forms they have online, .

I wanted to type my forms so it looked more professional when I submit them.
