seling home while in BK

I'm in southern california and have file BK Nov. '04. I got my discharge over 2 mths back but my home has over 100k equity. I can exempt $100k since I claim my mother and father. My home is worth $330K and I owe $175k. The trustee states I have to pay creditors $50K. Can I sell my home while in BK? this way I can benefit a little more money instead of taking the $100K exemption. I'm in deep trouble. I'm only making the minimum payment on my mortgage which I'm always defferring some interest monthly and barley making pymts on other bills.

You can sell your house anytime after discharge but as you're aware, you will have to inform the trustee and possibly share your wealth with him or her. Contact your attorney or the trustee's office and tell him of your plans.
At what point did the trustee ask you to pay $50K to creditors? Sounds like you already made a deal with him.
