We are supposed to file in January, however, my husband was offered a job in Florida and we are in California. Is it better to move now and wait the 91 days to file (I already found out that is how long we would have to wait), or is it better to file in this state (CA) and leave maybe after the 341 hearing, or do you have to wait until the discharge happens?

Have you done the means test since florida median income would be different from CA. You can be anywhere in the world as long as you can attend the 341 meeting.
