    Included in Bankruptcy

Hello folks, thanks for all of your help.
I filed for bankruptcy 7 about 2 weeks ago.
My lawyer did the filing. As of today, I saw that one of my creditors entered on my credit report noting "included in bankruptcy"
I just filed 2 weeks ago. Does this mean that this particular creditor is not going to dispute the claim?
Thanks for all of your kind help.

You give your creditor too much "credit" in that their left arm knows what the right arm is doing.

The short answer, a creditor reporting that your account is IIB after you file has nothing to do with whether they will object. For larger creditors, the report of IIB is automatic (in that there is no conscious decision by any person), once the creditor receives notice of your BK, that fact is noted in your account records, during that creditors next CRA reporting cycle, your account gets updated to IIB. But remember, objections are rare, and 9 times out of 10, you "should" have a pretty good idea which creditor may or may not object before you even file your BK.
