    341 on Monday - so stressed and a Q.

    Good morning everyone,

My 341 meeting is on Monday and I'm so nervous and stressed. I just keep praying that it'll go okay. I've been really encouraged reading the posts that people have made here about their similar feelings regarding their own 341 meetings, and I wanted to let you guys know that.

I also had a question. We are very strapped for cash right now. I honestly don't know how my family is going to get through the next week because we're overdrawn and only have some cash. We had a bounced check and no pay check coming in 'til next Wednesday, and I feel sick because this has never happened before. I have to do my pre-discharge counseling still - does it have to be completed by my 341 hearing or can it be done afterwards??

I left a message for my paralegal, but sometimes it takes a couple of days for her to get back to me.

Mine was done at the 341 meeting, just before the meeting actually, the Trustee held it than afterwards, people were called in as cases were scheduled?

    You'll be fine!

Just answer yes/no. Do not offer any extra info outside the question asked.

    Best Wishes, Catchmeifyoucan

it can be done no later than 45 days after the 341 I believe. I did mine before.
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

Yes, I think it is up to 45 days after the 341.

I did mine about two weeks after the 341, no problem there. Just look on Pacer to be sure that the certificate is filed with the court. (I gave a copy of my certificate to my attorney; he filed it with the court.)
