Filing a Chpt 7 what about Taxes Refunds

With a chapter 7 Bk does that effect your tax refund here is an example:
I meet with my attorney in November get a 341 meeting in December and await for discharge
Will this have an affect on my 2008 tax return if I normally get back 2000. I am in the state of Texas just curious?

This time of year, you will likely lose a chunk of that refund. A lot depends on local pratices. Ask your lawyer about how refunds are handled.
