Creditor to knocking on door

Has anyone ever heard of United Bureau and had them knock on their door?

Fed-Up....just inquiring as to how you are doing? Approx.6 mos. after not paying Chase (we were in a debt settlement program...another story!) I got a summons (last October) but no court date until 3/14. We decided BK was the only answer so scrambled to get an attny...I was more scared of the Chase action, actually...with garnishment looming, etc. Anyway, once we stopped paying the non-secured creditors we had money for the attny and even the initial payment was enought to "retain" him and we could refer all CA calls to him....THAT alone was worth the money!
We hope to filed BK7 prior to 3/14 so the Chase suit will go away (or be dismissed, or whatever happens)
