We had listed our two checking accounts, business and personal, one was $243 and the other over $300, the Trustee never mentioned them at our 341 meeting.

My attorney said not to worry about how much money I have in my checking either on the day I file (I told him there could be a few thousand dollars to cover mortgage, bills, etc). I live in Michigan which has a 10 thousand dollar wild card exemption that I don't need for anything else. I would check with your attorney and find out how much is exempt. It's a huge relief that I don't have to worry about making sure my bank account is low on the day of filing.Kari
