    Confused about filing procedure

I have done all my paperwork and printed it out. I am not sure if I can file actual papers or if I somehow have to get these documents on a disk. Can anyone help?

you bring it to the court they file it for you.
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

I am filing pro se. I was confused about whether or not I am required to put my documents on a disk, rather than filing actual paperwork.

We had to put all of ours on a disk and we just filed last week. The creditor matrix had to be in a text format and the rest had to be in order in one pdf file. Hope this helps.

We had to bring 2 copies of all the forms as well as the disk. Forgot to mention that part but everyone state is different too.

I am in the Southern District of New York. I am trying to find their rules. I don't know how to get my documents on a disk.

I found the answer on their (southern ny bankruptcy courts) website under local rules It says you can file by paper in the clerks office or by electronic means.

As FO7 said, the local rules can be found on the website and that will tell you what you need to do. I brought in paper and they scanned them all in.

You are welcome. It says in your district you can do either one.
