    Letter from Creditor

Hello folks. Thanks again for all of your help.

I got a letter in the mail from one of my creditors claiming that if they do not receive my payment by a certain day and time that they will be forced to take action against me. They also state in the letter that I will be responsible for any attorney fees and other costs associated with this action.

Is this normal? Can they force me to pay legal fees?
    Thanks for your help.

Have you filed bk yet? If not yes it is normal.

So that's a good question. I have a friend of mine who is in that situation. (Mine has not progressed to that level of collection yet, and hopefully it won't since I am planning to file in 2 weeks.)

Would the bankruptcy he is going to file in a month or two, then also cover that debt of the attorney fees? (Of course it would! Right?)
