I'm in California, I recieved my Chapter 7 discharge, can i sell my home now? Can the trustee or lenders come after any money off the sale of the home?

Your absolutely right, Trustee can reopen your case up to one year. Selling home would create "funds" the Trustee could pay creditors with.
I'd be very carefull about selling a home right after discharge.
Should you make a big purchase, their gonna want to know where you got the money for it??
Or should you sell you home and have a lot of equity in it, that money is fair game also.
I'd be very carefull for a least one year.
