I used my credit card last year to pay for $2500 in federal taxes that we owed........nobody ever objected. Wow did I get lucky.

Yes, fed income taxes are not dischargeble - i know that. But, he used the c.c. to pay the taxes. Only $2,500, over a year ago - the creditor won't dig that deep to find out what was paid on it. Yes, technically, they would have probably objected, but too small an amount and too old.Filed Business Chapter 7: 7/11/07
