We went a little early, then our 341 was delayed while our lawyer ran back to his office for our income tax return. So we sat in on 4-5 meetings. Our trustee actually commented during our 341 that she appriciated that we had sat in on a few meeting because it made everything go so much quicker since we knew what questions to expect.

I think the worst part of my 341 was when the trustee informed everyone that we were in a federal courthouse and that lying under oath or on the BK papers would be investigated by the FBI. At the time it just seemed to make a stressful situation even worse lol (not that I was going to lie, but those were his first words as the icebreaker).Comment
