You likely have some living expenses missing - check here http://www.ca-bankruptcy-attorneys.c...alculator.html to see what you may have left out.

This area seems off to me - Medical and Dental: $20.00

You have 6 dependents and are going to say you pay an average of $20/month? A total of $240/year for both medical and dental for six people? Your medical seems WAY too low, even if you have great health insurance.

And Storesstores, in other posts you've mentioned that you have a bk lawyer. Your lawyer is familiar with the appropriate levels that will be acceptable in your district. He/she is your very best resource for advice with these figures.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

Depends on the Court. In tobacco friendly States, you can easily get expense for cigarettes, chew, cigars, you name it. Other Courts, even specific Trustees in Courts, don't allow for tobacco expense at all.

That's a question for attnys in your area. You may have to do like Granny did and hide that expense elsewhere in you budget.
