I have obviously offended some members when I posted a reply to a person concerned about her situation. The origanal poster however is not the one thats been offended but 3 others obviously were not happy with my comments. Maybe you could read all of the post and referee before I get in deeper. If my responses are incorrect or offensive to an objective intelligent person like you I will post my opologie and refrain from offering my opinions or advise in the future. I am not concerned at all. I would just like to get a objective opinion concerning the points I was trying to make. I do not believe that I was giving bad advise or even that I was giving any advise at all. If I am, I want to avoid doing so in the future. As far as dragging this out goes why do you insist on directing your comments at me instead of the person that is asking the questions in the first place? What is jenjen going to do if the furniture company comes to pick-up her (not yours, I know you are gambing they won't) and find out she doesn't have all of it? Do you really think they will just let that slide? Do you think that the value of the missing furniture will be discharged by the trustee? If you do, you are wrong! I think your advise is dangerous and helps no one. No one cares what you do, they just want good solid advise even if its not what they want to hear. I asked robivi3 to read those post because if my opinions are wrong I want to know about it. I sure as heck do not agree with your line of thinking so why should I continue to post at all anywhere on this forum if you are going to assume I am directing my words at you? I can assure you that I am not. At this point I believe I could tell someone that the sky was blue and you would disagree. I just hope that people realize how rediculous your advise is before they get into a real bad situation. The whole idea of filing BK is to get out of a bad situation not to find yourself in a worst one. To gamble that this or that may or may not is less than responsible and just down right stupid. Now then, your so vein I bet you think this post is about you don't you, don't you. Your right this time.
