I disputed experian online so far so good with them. TRANSUNION I disputed over the phone as for some reason they wouldnt let me dispute online. They said I need to send in a copy of my petition , discharge, and proof that these creditors were inclused the problem is the creditors have even since I filed changed names. The repo was from bank one now says chase so on my schedules it says bank one and they said the names must match and the account #s must match the thing is you dont list account numbers on the schedules. The district out here ony asks for name and ssn I checked my pacer acct and no acct #s? So I told them according to the law I have been discharged of these debts and I will send them the discharge and petion but that is all and I demand they remove these accounts at once or I will file suite. She said the creditors usually acknowladge bk and usually within 30 days it will be reflected as so but if the creditor says that they were not included (which would be a lie) it would not change without proof of the specific debt being included such as account#s.
