hi all....had my 341 last friday, july 27....checked pacer just now and nothing filed yet....is this good? is trustee reviewing something or possibly slow? thanks.....just eager but should be patient.....have a good day all....guzzie

Your just anxious - like all new filers...... so chill out, be patient, and give the courts/trustee time to go over everything....

You should see a new posting in the next few days on what the Trustee is going to do.....

There was no PACER entry for my case until about four days after the 341.

Could be something as simple as after last friday the trustee went on vacation this week. No news is usually good news

.08 cents adds up ! Entries about my case was almost instaneously when I finally got brave enough to ask what was PACER all about and how do I log in etc etc. Than I find out $80 bucks later, I could view information without getting charged, more or less.

Can you explain what you mean?

I'm new to the forum but I have read about Pacer. I just joined today but haven't checked anything yet. My hearing was July 19.
