    Discharge?

Pacer states that an order was submitted for discharge 4/21, does this mean we should receive our papers soon. Since the 341 meeting we have not gotten anything from the court. The no asset report was never mailed to us even though it states on pacer it was filled by the trustee shortly after the 341 meeting. Can't reach my lawyer for the last 3 weeks.
    Is this almost over now?

Yeah, you will probably receive your discharge in a week or so in the mail. You typically do not recieve the Trustee's Report, so that is nothing to worry about.

yes, gov link to check on your bankruptcy
PACER provides information about accessing and filing federal court records electronically. Find resources for using PACER.

It is self explanatory, but it tells you what is going on with your case.

I don't want to pay anything if I don't need to. What kind of information is there? I'm in a Chpt 13...almost 3 years..trying to pay it off at the 36th month which is in June. Should I bother looking at Pacer?

Today is a day of celebration for me and my husband! We received our discharge papers in the mail... To my suprise it was just one little page, that's it. Now since I'll be working on cleaning up my credit report, is the original scheduale (listing all my creditors) the only thing I have to prove that a debt was actually discharged?

BTW, all pacer states is when something was filed at the court. It's a chronological history of your case.

Looks like many of us are starting to see the "light" at the end of the tunnel.
Yes, now its time to cleanup the credit report.
Some of us learned our "lessons" well.
Remember Trustee can re-open you file up to 1 year from discharge. So be carefull of spending a "big bunch" of money - YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO HAVE ANY LOOSE MONEY TO SPEND!
Check your credit report for errors and keep a close eye on it.
Best of Luck to you and yours!
